Paredes is under team control through 2026. Meadows is under team control through 2024. This trade was widely mocked when it happened, no?

Even I was somewhat skeptical of that trade. Should not doubt the hive mind.

Luke Voit is lucky his teammates picked him up after stupidly walking to 1st on a double off the wall he thought was gone. Should have been a triple.

It seems kind of silly to make any decisions on the success of that trade for anyone when neither has played 40+ games since and even Meadows has 2.5 years of team control remaining. It's not like the Rays predicted he was going to get vertigo.
