Does EPL just not do injury reporting ahead of time? This is the the second time this year that my FPL team has gotten screwed by a late scratch...

Isak's UK work permit just came through this morning, so he is eligible to play today for Newcastle against Liverpool. But he has barely trained, so I'd expect he'll either start and play maybe 60 or come in late. Definitely no Bruno, Saint-Maximin, Callum Wilson, or Jonjo, which leaves few if any quality non-defenders. Starting CM likely to be either Sean Longstaff or 19 y/o Eliott Anderson (which I sort of doubt, because they don't want to break him). Liverpool will have a decided advantage in midfield, even with all their injuries.

I can't decide if Haaland comparisons for Isak are good for him or not. He's not going to perform like Haaland and shouldn't really be compared to him, but they are extremely similar players in a lot of ways. That was a trademark Isak finish for his first goal.

There's no way Arsenal can keep this up - not least because injury niggles are starting to become worryingly commonplace already - but they're a really fun team to root for. Incredibly resilient so far this year.
