If the NFL were really serious about concussions and injuries, they'd actually enforce escalating penalties on guys like him, as they do with substance abuse penalties. He'd be back in 2017 if they were doing so.
The announcers must be drinking the kook-aid...they said Carey hit his head on the turf. Slow motion replay, they say Ward hits him in the shoulder and the force of the head on the ground did him. Ignoring the fact that Carey was already out and fumbled as soon as award hit him.
NFL will never do this since its all about the $$$$$$$$

Ward is really a piece of shit. He was lucky not to be suspended for this game and he shows his gratitude by concussing a guy who was already nearly down. I am seriously worried that he will blow up somebody's knee next week.
Their defense has given up more points than their offense has scored, yet they sit a win out of being tied for first in the high powered NFC East..............
