Ahh, Thursday Night Football. The spitless handjob of sports. Got some bills on the Jags, so, uh, yay Jacksonville!
How long are these Thursday games going to last? The public doesn't seem to eat them up as the league anticipated

At a glance, it seems the NFLN games draw an audience about a third smaller than Monday Night Football, plus TNF has resulted in NFLN reaching a lot more homes than it otherwise would. If those results are disappointing to the NFL, they had unreasonable expectations.
It's not inconceivable that 1 of these 2 abortions win the South, stun a visiting 5 seed before heading to the 1 seed's stadium.
Not inconceivable, but far from likely. The Steelers or Jets would likely manhandle either of these teams.

Right. Even with the lower ratings this season, TNF is never going away unless the NFLPA bargains for it.

When the Patriots were terrible, they never got on Monday Night Football. Thursday night football is an equal opportunity employer, however.

I suspect it was a designed hook and ladder where a trailing defender got in the way (perhaps inadvertently), but I'd have to see it again.
The Jags sure do love to run it into the teeth of the D with their backups when near the goalline.
Wtf are they doing? If they're gonna run it all the goal line give it to Yeldon. But that also begs the question why the fuck are they running it all 3 downs there anyways. They have single coverage on Allen Robinson, who dominated on that drive, but they refuse to throw it.
