Breaking: the curse placed on teams who accuse the Pats of cheating has infected the Jets

To be fair, if the Raiders play at Indy in the first round, they could go NE for the division round.
I have been operating under the assumption that the Jets end up with the 5 seed, but if it's Geno Time and with Bell hurt for Pittsburgh all bets are off, who knows what team is going to beat Indy in the first round.

Maybe the "Todd Bowles is going to be a great coach" hype train needs to slow down.  His team looks absolutely flat and unprepared for this game.

Hard to get fired up after playing in your Super Bowl the week before.

Sounded like the guy on Red Zone channel was just about to say something about Amari Cooper, but they broke away.  Is he hurt too?

Why are the Jets being so secretive about Fitz's injury? CBS should call park ave.

Love when the refs get a clear review angle and still call it wrong. Not that they wouldn't have been able to pound it in anyway but the incompetence is stunning.

Per source, Jets already are making calls about potential quarterbacks who may be available to be signed or traded.-PFT

Vick may be available---unclear if he's an upgrade or truly healthy.  OK, I guess if the alternative is Geno Smith he is at least an upgrade.

Kyle Orton is best guy who might be available, but supposedly he told Cowboys he was staying retired, so not clear why his answer would change for Jets.  But I imagine they'll call just to be sure.

Collection of has beens-and-never-was guys is out there, as always (Grossman, Flynn, Lindley, etc.)

The refs called a timeout to keep the Seahawks from having a penalty. Nice of them.

Shouldn't the Seahawks be penalized for taking back to back TOs?

Lucky break there for the Hawks
In the past, I've seen 15 yarders for calling that second timeout. Did they change the rule?

Pereira calls out the refs---"they erred, but nothing can be done"

As soon as they signal the TO it's a penalty.  There is in fact something that can be done---you assess the penalty for delay of game!
