As much as I'd love to say rigged, and I do not doubt that the referees were ordered to not let that be a catch and to blatantly ignore numerous Bronco penalties, with this play by the Bronco defense and the Panthers offense, the Panthers were not winning this game. Running their fumble-prone RB into a pile for 1 yard gains what seems to be me to be at least a dozen times? Letting all the time go off the clock as if it is them with the 9 point lead? How in the world did this team go 17-1!?
