One at a time, and throw the used ones away like edamame shells, in case they ask.

He's gonna get to the podium, pull off the mask and reveal he's Ulf Samuelsson, then kick Neely in the knee and run off yelling, "GOT YOU AGAIN, SUCKA!"

Beat me to it...

The more I think about it the more I hate the McQuaid signing more than the Hamilton trade.  At least with the Hamilton trade you have about a 10% chance of coming out on top, 20% chance of breaking even and a 70% chance of losing.
McQuaid is 100% chance of losing.  How many other teams were lining up to give Adam McQuaid a 4yr contract?
Does Sweeney think this is the NFL with non-guaranteed contracts?  Does he realize he just committed to Andrew McQuaid for 4 FUCKING YEARS?

Bonus points if you break the glass at the Wal-Mart across the street.

Between their handling of Julien (can we call it unprofessional yet?) and today, I'm not 100% sure they won't screw this up and either give up way too much for the #3 or get saddled with the 3 mid-round picks.

McQuaid has edge and physicality they need.

Looch had to go because of money. He's weirdly implying that Dougie wanted out, but now he's saying that Dougie didn't.

They want to go younger.

Right, because there's a ton of 22 year olds out there that can do what Dougie can.  Especially Adam McQuaid.

According to Sweeney, McQuaid "is a big part of this organization"

Yeah. I know I feel better.

also, now that I think about it, why is he giving a PC an hour before the draft starts? Wouldn't he be better off spending time going back and forth with folks if he's really trying to move up?

Anyone think I can use Kickstarter to buy the team somehow?  A Billion dollars is easy to raise, right?

Now would be the time to try it - lots of frustrated B's fans out there.

What are the donate level perks? We could probably come up with some good ones.

He does lead the prayer sessions.  They will need a lot of those this year.

Hopefully announcing his resignation because he is smart enough to realize maybe this whole negotiation thing isn't his forte.

Considering his "more boos" moment at the draft, you'd think he'd realize he shouldn't do this anymore.

That could apply to a lot of things actually. Press conferences, drafting, trade negotiations, contract negotiations...
