The curse of Halloween. He kills himself only to wake up a week before October 31st. Only by killing Jamie Lee Curtis can he end the cycle.Michael Myers probably feels like Bill Murray in Groundhog Day at this point. I’m surprised he doesn’t off himself.
On the run, off his feet. Yes. Really.Really? Diggs was open by 20 yards.
He actually underthrew it but whatever. On the run, off his feet. Yes. Really.
I can’t wait to see what utterly painful way their season will end this year.Buffalo looks damn good
It was an unreal play that resulted in a TD. What are we debating here?He actually underthrew it but whatever.

More inevitable than painful. On a snowy night in Foxborough.
His father's actual first name is OogieBoogie Basham Jr. is an incredible name.
Well then the “jr.” is literally incredible. His father's actual first name is Oogie
Josh Allen is the next Tom Brady.I’m buying stock in “Allen gets hurt this season and by the way is a shell of his current shelf by 31.” He’s awesome but they’re running him too much
The guy in KC might have something to say about that.Josh Allen is the next Tom Brady.
Some thought it might be Ben, Aaron, Russell, Patrick, et al. But it is now Allen's to lose.
There is no next Tom Brady.Josh Allen is the next Tom Brady.

Nah ... he's too busy taking his jazz bathThe guy in KC might have something to say about that.
He’s a great player, but maybe 1 super bowl before that declaration.Josh Allen is the next Tom Brady.
Some thought it might be Ben, Aaron, Russell, Patrick, et al. But it is now Allen's to lose.
For all he did last year, Josh Allen ended the season 7 career passing TDs further behind Brady than he began the season. He might be the best QB in the league but he’s not within a million miles of being the next Brady.Josh Allen is the next Tom Brady.

Josh Allen plays for a franchise that has always found new ways to lose. Until they win one championship, let’s hold up on Allen is the next TB12.Josh Allen is the next Tom Brady.

This was my point. The comparison CC made to Brady during the game.. I mean... Like I get it. Allen looks amazing in stretches especially the way he seems to command his offense and take what is given. But have heard this so many times throughout the years. Forgot about Drew (Brees not Bledsoe) and I'm sure there have been others. Anyways, just game threading. Allen looks amazing and so has Patrick. Someone mentioned Patrick upthread. But, one v. seven titles (and having lost to TB twice in the postseason already) and Patrick is already about to turn 27. Has made two SBs thus far. LONG way to go. What really separates TB from the rest (to this point anyways) is his consistency and work ethic. There is no next Tom Brady.
Yup. Bills are obviously very good but Rams looked terrible. The Rams looked pretty ragged tonight. Wow, that was a poor effort.
Exactly this. When Josh Allen or any other human being playing QB reaches 5 Super Bowls (not even just 5 victories), we can start having the conversation about a comparison to Tom Brady. Then they'll need 5 more appearances, and at least 2 more Super Bowl victories to catch him.
Until then, just no. No. No. No.
The end.
That’s the good Josh Allen. When he’s playing disciplined and occasionally sprinkling in a superhuman play or two, he’s All Pro, MVP level. What impressed me about the Bills last night was Josh Allen's patience. For the most part he got the ball out super quickly and didn't really run around trying to make a play. The Rams play soft zone coverage and rely on their front four to get pressure, which requires the QB to remain disciplined and execute underneath repeatedly, which Allen did all game long. The Rams pass rush was an issue and Ramsey got beat like a drum, but if he can kill you that way, there's not much anyone can do to stop that offense. I guess Morris isn't the most creative DC and you're not really going to be fooled by what coverage the Rams are running, but still, he executed like Brady/Manning would against that sort of defense.
This is a good point. No other QB in the NFL has a streak where they look sloppy when things aren't working. That’s the good Josh Allen. When he’s playing disciplined and occasionally sprinkling in a superhuman play or two, he’s All Pro, MVP level.
He still has streaks where he starts to get away from that and starts to try and force plays and do too much, and it looks sloppy.
The thing that looked very spooky to me was Von Miller looking like he was 27 out there and everyone else on the Bills D Line feasting if he wasn’t.
Miller looked great but that was the first game of the season in a motivated setting for him. I'll be surprised if he can maintain that kind of impact throughout the rest of the season at 33. But it's clear he still has some good football left in him. That was a very nice GFIN move by Buffalo. That defense looks imposing with tons of playmakers. That drive where they ran it down the Rams' throats in the 3rd quarter was also impressive. They just put so much pressure on a defense. Diggs and Davis are very good. Their slot guys in Crowder/McKenzie are solid. And Knox is a good TE. And on top of all of that, you have to worry about their QB busting off a 30 yard run at any given point. They looked like a team that's ready to win a Super Bowl. We'll see if they can maintain their health. That’s the good Josh Allen. When he’s playing disciplined and occasionally sprinkling in a superhuman play or two, he’s All Pro, MVP level.

The falling-down-Diggs TD should not be attributed to Ramsey if his safety blew the deep coverage, but it is what it is.Pretty funny after Ramsey called Allen trash (when he was drafted)
