I get that it's early days but Tampa has yet to look even semi competent in any phase of the game.
4.24 YPA for Manning. It's early, and the Ravens have a defense, but seems a lot like end of the year Peyton. Can pick you apart underneath, but throws 15 yards down field and further are erratic.

Arrington did a shit job disguising the blitz, but he still threw right into the backside trap.
Manning just got crushed and Smith makes a nice pick 6.

Also, I thought Kubiak's master plan was to run the ball more and save Peyton's arm for later in the season.

Denver has given up any pretense of a running game. Hard to understand in light of how terrible their passing game looks.
The funny thing is that the Broncos could choose to run instead but now that the defense sees that Pey Pey can't throw more than 10 yards, the safeties will be up so close they'll be able to hit the rb's at the line of scrimmage.
Is it just me or was Jim Nantz a LOT more excited about Flacco throwing a pick six than when Peyton did it?
