Brandon Staley should have been fired after the playoff game last year. He's a 'defensive' coach who has a terrible defense.

Plus, their roster construction was stupid. They needed a guy who could stretch the field, so they overpaid for Mike Williams, who is always hurt. And immediately proceeded to get hurt and is out for the season.
