Nothing satisfies me more than McDermott being shown as a fraud this season. BB is old, but what is Sean's excuse?
Did Buffalo stop running the ball in OT (I missed the beginning of OT making dinner)? The way they were running the ball in the 4th quarter, I thought the Eagles had zero chance of stopping them.

To get in, Buffalo probably needs to go 4-1 against a remaining schedule of: at KC, Dallas, at LAC, NE, at Miami. Otherwise they’ll be in tiebreaker roulette against anywhere from 1-3 other teams.
I'm no McDermott fan but this team is right there. Just can't execute in close games. That's on the coach but also the players. They pretty much have to have the KC game now. They are still a lot scarier than the bottom half of the AFC playoff teams at the moment (Indy, Cleveland, Pitt etc.). Really just need to get in the tournament. Their loss to the Pats is inexplicable and might sink them in the end.
McDermott is the defensive play caller. This is his mess.

That's true. And Buf might come in with eight losses. It'd be the knock out blow.
I was mostly just joking but it's hard to see this Pats team beating a Bills team battling for their playoff lives in Buffalo.
They are still obviously way better than the Pats - despite NE's win over Buffalo earlier in the season - but 6-6 with a top 6 scoring offense and a top 5 scoring defense, with all-world Josh Allen at QB and a weapon like Diggs at WR? Talk about underperforming.

Buffalo and Chargers are going to be better than at least one team that makes the playoffs ahead of them.
