The Falcons’ Week 1 starter isn’t on the current roster.

I feel bad for Arthur Smith, who has gotten decent results the past two seasons with a bottom-10 roster.

Arthur Smith is a joke, come on. Look at Atlanta's schedule this year and let me know if you feel bad. He stinks. He's always done less with more.

Totally stupid. Steps out of bounds and then touches the ball for the penalty on the kicking team. Every other play when the player steps OOB before touching the ball is a penalty against that player for illegal touching. So dumb.

Seeing these late, but the reason is that it is only ever a penalty for the offense to go out of bounds. On a kick, the kicking team is the “offense” until the ball is possessed by the returners.
