when the value of his franchise starts to dip and sponsors start to cancel and luxury boxes aren’t full the plug is pulled. Who cares about legacy.
The Commanders just went for 6 Billion.

The franchise dipping in value means it only goes up 20% instead of 30% over the next 2 years. Kraft makes more in his sleep during one week, on the value than most people make in their lifetimes.

I don't think I've ever seen a more flat-footed QB. Even when he has time he doesn't lean into it off the front foot. Bad mechanics even in benign situations.

Even if the odds are low, D has to go for a TO here with zero blitz or something.

I thought Mac Jones looked good the first 2 weeks. They didn’t ask him to do much against the Jets and then last week just broke him and now he is gone and has given up. Not sure why they are playing him at this point.

This is it exactly. Kraft is running a business. He’s not going to watch his investment tank so BB can catch Shula in 5 years.
100%

It would be insane to let Belichick dump Tom fucking Brady for football reasons, and then let Belichick stay around for "legacy" when the franchise is starting to feel low rent, d-list again.
