I mean, I share everybody's frustration that the refs and announcers favor the scenario that bodes less well for the Patriots, but holy Jesus the Bengals are an embarrassment.

You have to fire Marvin Lewis, right? Completely unable to get his players to exert a modicum of self-control in the team's biggest game in a decade.

I don't really understand what the flag was for. He rushed in and was held back before doing anything.

Also, we know Joey Porter is a fucking asshole. We know this.

We have yet to see a replay that suggests anyone other than Joey Porter should have gotten a flag there. If they can't come up with some video justifying that flag it is going to be yet another black mark for the NFL

Why was Joey Porter even allowed on the field? What the fuck? When are coaches EVER allowed on the field during the game?

It's unbelievable on both sides.

For the Bengels, this is the latest in a long line of massive chokes. This is the worst of all. They had the game won. They picked off the ball deep in Pittsburgh territory. The player luckily was down after idiotically running into the wrong endzone (which would have cost his team around 60 yards). Then they fumble it away on the very next play. They were still likely to stop the Steelers, just don't give up a long pass or commit a personal foul penalty, which they do. Then they compound it even worse. 30 yards in penalties on one play. The players involved should be cut. And Lewis should be fired. But given how dumb this franchise is, that is not happening.

On the other end, as a viewer of this game, knowing that the referees handed the game to Pittsburgh like that at the end essentially means several hours of the game beforehand, all the playing between the players was a waste, because the referees decided the game. Although Cincinnati is more at fault because they should have been smart enough to not put themselves in that position.

Gave the Steelers the game. Pacman shouldnt have done anything but that seems wild.

This entire string of events was yet another gift from the NFL Gods to the Broncos, too. Instead of facing KC they get Pitt without their two dominant RB, an injured QB, and who knows if Brown will be okay.

Bengals deserve their "curse". It's self-inflicted. Burfict is such a POS it's unbelievable. Nevermind being a reckless maniac that could have killed Brown, he also did it at the most crucial moment and completely fucked his own team. Jesus.

Flag on Pacman Jones is an outrage. If anything it should be an off-setting, one on Pitt bench/Porter & one on Jones.

The real Bungles are the referees tonight.
