I’m watching on Hulu and wasn’t sure if we all get the same commercial breaks.
I would want to agree, but still awesome execution by a really good young QB and an amazing WR.
Thank you to the 9ers and Seahawks for getting this game done before the Cs game starts. Everyone wins. Except Seattle
If the Niners win the Super Bowl, or even just make a real run, does Lance have this job next year?
A chance to compete for the job at a minimum I would think, but if Brock leads them to the SB I cannot imagine them just giving Lance the job back.
All of which happened before they got CMC. CMC's first game was the loss against KC (but he didn't play much, only 10 touches). They haven't lost a game since.
Hard to defend them, you take away Kittle/Deebo/Aiyuk and CMC is going to average 10ypc. Take away CMC and one of those guys is going to be wide open. Weapons.
This isn't like the "made of glass" Mike Williams playing last week. This game matters.
As of today I think Trey is the odds on starter. Each game they win moving forward pushes it towards a legit competition then favoring Purdy ultimately if it gets there. I don't think they go into camp with a clear cut guy in any case at this point.

If Purdy wins the SB, Lance is not going to take the job back. That is done. Lance would be done in SF. I am not sure Lance gets the job back even if SF loses next week. Which they won't because they are awesome.
Purdy is awesome, look at what he's doing this game. Composed, fast, evasive, and he has this unique ability to get the ball to his best players, like Deebo and Kittle.
