Michaels called that pick from half asleep and then realized he should sound excited and called it again.
I thought Moore flopped on that play (edit: the earlier one) in an (unsuccessful) effort to draw a call -- Dupree was trying to knock the pass down.
The only question on the second one is whether it's suspension-worthy, which I think boils down to a question of intent. (If the college targeting rule applies in the NFL, he'd be ejected, but it doesn't.)
The only thing that can bring Miami back into this game is Ben.

Classic that he gets picked on a throw off his wide open receiver's hands after getting a completion on a ball he threw into the gut of a linebacker.
I think the officials assume the accept/decline decision, because 95%+ of the time it's obvious. They screwed up that time, and Gase caught it.
This game is going to remain worth watching because I have no faith that either team can be controlled by their coaching staff and we could see an epic fight at any point.
