Can’t believe Spo didn’t coach them to stop the break. What a shitty coach. I mean I heard him say it but it is clearly the coaches fault the players didn’t do it.

D showed up last few possessions.

One observation on Celts d, though: we rarely surprise Miami, whether with a double, a trap, switching etc. Celts are playing it pretty straight and it's ok, but does let Miami execute its plan vs Celts D. I do wonder what would happen if Celts switched up a bit more and had a few wrinkles...not constantly, but more of them.

It’s the Celtics trilemma. You can have two of defensive effort, non-sloppy offense, or a lead. You cannot have all three.

They were a Strus wide ass open 3 away from going down 9 early. Brown immediately hit a contested 3 in the corner. Seemed to be locked in, for now, on the defensive end since.
