They’ve been to 5 Conference finals and were never really good enough to be the favorite. I think it’s more they’re just not quite good enough because of the inconsistency, and obviously this year hasn’t played out yet.Totally agree with this. It is now or never and I'd be lying if I said I had very much confidence in this team right now. So disjointed and generally underachievers
They're shooting 37.8% from 3 in the playoffs but shot 34.4% in the regular season.43 from 3 is perfectly reasonable. On the other hand, we should shoot better than 30% (but also not a crazy big outlier)
I'll be happy with one title.Celtics are the NBA version of the Manning Colts.
I did that during the 75 World SeriesMy dad punched a hole in the wall
Kordell Stewart Steelers...Celtics are the NBA version of the Manning Colts.
Take one 3 away and they’re at 35.8% and still leadThey're shooting 37.8% from 3 in the playoffs but shot 34.4% in the regular season.
43% would be well outside of their norm.
I did the same. Walked right upstairs, punched a hole in the drywall in my college apartment. My girlfriend at the time had watched baseball for like two weeks and kept asking why Pedro was still in the game.My dad punched a hole in the wall
Almost posted this.Celtics are the NBA version of the Manning Colts.
So why watch? At least there’s some solace there’s no way this team could handle Jokic and playoff Murray
Sure! Absolutely! I'm just saying it's unlikely they shoot better from 3 than in general.Take one 3 away and they’re at 35.8% and still lead
Lakers could still pull it out, injuries, etc.So why watch?
Consistency!Celtics have scored exactly 25 for four straight quarters.
They’ve done it four times this postseasonThey're shooting 37.8% from 3 in the playoffs but shot 34.4% in the regular season.
43% would be well outside of their norm.
