This is an outstanding race training approach to the draft. Well done.I started on the treadmill with the fist pick and vowed not to get off till the Pats pick. This could be a record breaking run.
Second to the Packers for meBroncos may be the current winner of the draft
Said every yearI think BB probably hates the talent in this draft in general, at least beyond the first round.
Risk/reward for 6th round picks is pretty good. At least it was in 2000.NYG
WASH
OAK
LAC
CIN
DEN
...
then another inevitable trade down from BB to pick up a 6th rounder in 2022.
Crap crap crap. That's who I wanted and they had a wide open road for him. And BB gave it away. Ugh.There goes Lauletta
Yeah that is super odd. As all the pre-draft stuff said he was Jimmy G lite.Ummmm. Lauletta gets compared to Drew Stanton. Possibly one of the worst QBs I've ever seen play against the Pats.
Disagree. I liked Lauletta, you liked Lauletta, but clearly B.B./Josh did not. They had ample chances to take him. Some day you can question the evaluation, but you can’t question the draft strategy.Just wow. Great job Pats.
Apart from the fact that you’re talking about shots in the dark and developmental guys, they don’t have the roster spots.we are going to dominate the 6th round
just wait!!!
So you know that the Pats were not going to pick him at 114?Disagree. I liked Lauletta, you liked Lauletta, but clearly B.B./Josh did not. They had ample chances to take him. Some day you can question the evaluation, but you can’t question the draft strategy.
Drew Stanton: 52.4% career completion rate.Yeah that is super odd. As all the pre-draft stuff said he was Jimmy G lite.
Of course, all of that pre-draft stuff was directly from BB, right?Yeah that is super odd. As all the pre-draft stuff said he was Jimmy G lite.
Or they have no intention of drafting a QB period. While I’m just making shit up like everyone else, I think you can be highly confident Laulrtta isn’t the top QB on the Pats’ current board...or if he is, It ain’t by much.
I’m making it up, but yes I doubt they were expecting him to still be there at 114So you know that the Pats were not going to pick him at 114?
I'm no draft expert, but it seems to me that drafting is as much art as science. The needs on D seem obvious and to collect very marginal chips cashable in rounds 6 and 7 rather than take a chance at 43/51/63 to strengthen the D, because the guy available at 43/51 you had rated as 55, seems way too exacting for this activity.Apart from the fact that you’re talking about shots in the dark and developmental guys, they don’t have the roster spots.
If you’re going to piss away this draft, just roll shit out to future years
Well, never said I might not reduce the sped at some point. Moderate to easy jog now.I started on the treadmill with the fist pick and vowed not to get off till the Pats pick. This could be a record breaking run.
