This is how the XFL does it, more or less. I don't love it -- I was at the game where St. Louis converted it to beat San Antonio. Just sort of feels wrong the way one unit can stay on the field throughout. I think I'd like it better if the other team was given a 4th and 1 or 4th and 2 or whatever.
