Pat Fitzgerald said the sideline officials switch sides at halftime. I didn't know that. They said that might be why they got a warning this half after getting a penalty previously.

The 2 penalties were like 4 plays apart.

Georgia pass rush is really getting the snap count timed up now. Alabama needs to start changing it up.

The screen showed UGA players sprinting upfield, but ESPN guys had to keep yammering away instead of paying attention.

Several undisciplined plays for Bama today.

48 punched that UGA guy and was fighting his own team on the sideline?

edit: went after a coach and his teammate luckily tackled him before he got a hold

Interestingly, I think one difference between the NFL and college is that the pylon is out of bounds in college football but not the NFL. So if you touch it before scoring, I think you're OOB in college. Or I think it could theoretically be a safety in your own end zone. CFB Rules might correct me, though.

But in either league, if a squirrel were sitting on the sideline and you step on his tail, you are OOB.

100% spot on. NFL pylon is semi out-of-bounds. If a loose ball touches the pylon the ball is dead, but anything else and it's in bounds. College it's treated like you stepped out.
