Interesting extra point instead of going for 2.

Figured would want to go up 6 with so few possessions left, people can miss extra points these days.

4 vs 5 not likely to be important with 3 min left, though anything is possible I suppose.

The Giants could conceivably score a TD that leaves 1-2 minutes on the clock, in which case a FG wins it unless the Giants also got a two point conversion. Of course, if BUF gets the two pointer then in the same scenario they’d be guaranteed a win with a FG.

I think going for two is the best play there.

I like the XP to go up 5 there, though I think it’s against the book. If you try the 2PC and fail, the other team goes up 3 with a TD + XP. That seems more likely than a missed XP.

So, this is a scenario where getting the extra point was good. Now a FG puts you up 8 instead of 7.

I realize that wasn’t Taylor’s 1st read, but I’m surprised that with the O-Line giving him plenty of time, TT had no better options than to throw deep into tight coverage.

For whatever it's worth (maybe not much), the ESPN model had it 80.1% to win the game if you go for 2, and 79.5% to win the game if you kick the extra point.

Certainly not a big difference regardless.

How many yards you need to pick up on third down here to try the FG instead of punting and making the Giants drive 90ish yards with no timeouts?

Lol wide right again.

I would’ve punted. Of course, I also would’ve run on third down.

The Bills will still win this, but man they are underwhelming again. McDermott might get kicked to the curb in January.

It’s fascinating watching other football games that are interesting.

Funny to be rooting for the Giants for our draft pick and not against the Bills for a shot at the division.
