Big Ben having his career ended by a tie between two other teams would be so awesome (but not gonna happen).

Still can’t get over the chargers not getting the fumble - and wow what a disaster for the raiders on that offensive series

I need the Chargers to score and line up to go for 2 down 1, just for Al's head to explode on live TV

I'm no prude and it doesn't bother me at all, but you rarely hear a broadcaster use the word "hell" on an NFL broadcast. Especially odd coming from Michaels.

The alternative is to lose on a last minute two pointer, if we assume they don’t get it.

They’re certainly not MORE likely to get it if they try it later.
100% disagree. After two straight TD drives the defense is going to be much more worn out than after just the one drive. That''s going to increase the odds of converting on the second try.

I wouldn’t put it past the Chargers coach.
It's not a bad play at all honestly, takes an insane amount of balls, but it's often the right call given the OT rules meaning you could easily not see the ball (especially given you could give up a Flacco).

Is the tuck rule still a thing? Because it would have been nice if that came into play somehow.

given sub patterns... dubious, there isn't really any evidence that 2pt conversions are successful more late in games. Certainly not enough so to offset the clock advantages of knowing what you need.

Not when a tie gets you in
