Stats guy for the Celtics broadcast.
I meant “to be the guy on the tweets”

Apparently he was the Bentley athetic department guy for 30 years? odd, but whatever….his numbers are usually intersting if more in the Maniacal Chuck Waseleski/Jayson Stark way than the analytical way

Just in general, fuck Spectrum - so weird that you can never actually stream when connected anywhere other than your home. What's the point of having online streaming if you can only do it at your house?

Somewhere
Loved that end of half play from Jaylen, saw the opening and took it.

also wondered how Jrue got away with a pretty big bump on Siakam a few possessions earlier.

Didn't catch a ton of the first half, and don't post here often, but I love when pp pushes the ball. Everything gets in motion so fast...

This game has stalled and Toronto is quietly climbing back in. The C's need buckets - gotta go to their volume scorer after Queta gets some run.

I look forward to seeing this “new level” Jaylen has reached in his passing and creativity.

Same guy. Same strengths. Same warts.

No need to pretend.

I will say the same thing I said about Tatum's line from last night - the 31 shots really set some posters off - when one of the Jays plays without the other, they are being asked to effectively do double the the work. They carry all the scoring load and the opposing defense knows this so they can really take advantage of tendencies. Jaylen is likely seeing the most focused defense he has seen all season.

No doubt.

He’s also the same guy he’s been the last few years.

That’s not a bad thing, he’s really good. But it’s also reality.

The posters pretending he’s somehow now a great passer or reached some new level of seeing the floor…. Sorry guys.

Brown is at 31 minutes. Holiday (21) and White (24) have had their minutes kept down through 3, so we could get 8+ out of those guys in the 4th.
