This team would be lucky to win a game at this point.  The offense might not score.  The defense/ST would keep the game close for a while until the 4th quarter when they'd be worn out.  Only 2 guys on offense above zero.

QB - Chad Henne (-6.1; 146 snaps), Zach Mettenberger (-1.2, 6 snaps), A.J. McCarron (reserve/NFI)
RB - Alfred Morris (-7.4; 261 snaps), Matt Asiata (-6.2, 234 snaps), Dri Archer (-0.2; 31 snaps), Kiero Small (practice squad)
WR - Roddy White (-2.7; 391 snaps), Denarius Moore (-5.5; 172 snaps) , Chris Givens (-1.3, 56 snaps), Dontrelle Inman (0.0, 1 snap)
TE - Rob Gronkowski (4.2; 326 snaps), Scott Chandler (-1.9, 322 snaps), Luke Willson (-3.5, 169 snaps)
OT - Matt Kalil (-22.5, 482 snaps, #109/110), Cameron Fleming (-4.5, 91 snaps)
OG - James Carpenter (-1.6, 389 snaps), Brian Winters (-15.3, 381 snaps), Austin Howard (-8.0, 358 snaps), Trai Turner (-0.1, 309 snaps)
OC - Max Unger (6.8, 260 snaps)

DE - Connor Barwin (2.0, 399 snaps), Alex Okafor (-1.3, 119 snaps), William Gholston (-1.1, 252 snaps), Jadaveon Clowney (0.7, 23 snaps)
DT - Jason Jones (-3.7, 294 snaps), C.J. Mosley (5.1, 183 snaps), Ian Williams (11.2, 179 snaps), Jordan Hill (-0.5, 142 snaps)
LB - James Laurinaitis (-3.2, 392 snaps), Nick Roach (IR), Sio Moore (-0.3, 253 snaps), Dekoda Watson (-2.2, 47 snaps)
CB - Cortland Finnegan (0.9, 400 snaps), Tharold Simon (-1.2, 20 snaps), Stanley Jean-Baptiste (0.1, 8 snaps)
S - Dashon Goldson (-5.8, 198 snaps), Kam Chancellor (-0.9, 395 snaps)

P - Jon Ryan (14.6)
K - Phil Dawson (6.9)

The Texans, while thrilled with the production of their resurgent SS Chung, are disappointed to announce the retirement of Marcus Lattimore :(.

Who's more upset, Nick Foles because he lost his job to Mark Sanchez or Sneaky Eck because he lost the Nick Foles argument to me?

State of the Browns:

Offense:

IR/Suspended: Knownshon Moreno RB, Michael Roos LT, Allen Robinson WR, and Justin Blackmon WR.

QBs: Ryan Fitzpatrick +1.4, Josh McCown -2.2. Crapola. McCown has looked decent the past two games but it's too little too late.

WRs (Receiving Yards/+/-): Greg Jennings 463/-2.6, Steve Johnson 407/+8.0, Paul Richardson 96/-4.5, and Aldrick Robinson (3 yards). Allen Robinson gave us 548/-1.7 but he is out now. If we had a legitimate #1 WR this would make for an adequate supporting cast with room for both rookie receivers to blossom.

TEs: Travis Kelce 542/+9.5, Jacob Tamme (88/+1.2), and Lee Smith (W/e/-1.something). Not a bad group of TE's. Tamme is purely a slot option but Kelce is the complete package. Smith and Kelce run blocking is a scary thought.

RB: DeMarco Murray 1,233 yards rushing and a +10.3. RB's are pretty fungible but having a guy like DeMarco lead the pack is an asset.

O-Line: Stork has been inconsistent and perhaps deserves his -8.6 but I've been impressed by his improving play and he had a great game against the Colts. If BB trusts this rookie as his center we do too. It's early but in my own self interest I'm going to exclaim that we have our center of the future. Cordy Glenn and Michael Roos were dominating until Roos hurt his knee. We have no depth at tackle. We'd either have Asamoah or Rinehart shift to RT and Gradkowski play guard or we'd sign a scrub. LG Jon Asamoah is having a mediocre year and RG Chad Rinehart is having a terrible one. Overall given Roos' age we are going to need another tackle. We'd also consider upgrading right guard.

Overall: When your QBs suck, and you face the injuries and suspensions we did your offense is going to suck. We need another RB, a QB, a #1 WR, a tackle, and a better RG. This offense would be at or near the bottom of the pack even with Kelce and Murray. Without Robinson the receiving core is too thin.

Defense:

IR: Glenn Dorsey (he might come back soon) DT, and Patrick Willis MLB.

Linebackers: We lost Patrick Willis which is a huge blow. Arthur Brown is never going to see the field in Baltimore. Jacquian Williams was having a great year until he suffered a concussion against the Seahawks. Keith Rivers was crappy early on, got hurt and lost his job. Manny Lawson would have to slide to SLB, Brown play WLB, and Williams MLB. That's a recipe for disaster.

DLine: Without Dorsey we'd have to rotate Tyrunn Walker +4.7 and Alameda Ta'amu (hasn't played enough) with perrenial stud Kyle D. Williams. Our two defensive ends, Carlos Dunlap and Charles Johnson, regressed this year.

Secondary: will add later but basically Webb and Rhodes haven't been good enough.

Overall Defense: underperformance, injury, and regression. A once promising unit has not enough depth at DE and DT, a shamble of a LB core, and corners who aren't getting it done.

Overall this team is not going to do well this year. We are most likely a bottom 5 team. We barely have a gameday roster on both sides of the ball. The good news is we have a core group of talent we can build around: Cordy Glenn, Bryan Stork, DeMarco Murray, Allen Robinson, Steve Johnson, Travis Kelce, Michael Roos (?), Kyle D. Williams, Patrick Willis, and a handful of guys who might rebound: Carlos Dunlap, Xavier Rhodes, L. Webb, Charles Johnson, Jon Asamoah, and maybe Justin Blackmon.

Through 11 weeks, I summed up my PFF ratings for my Cleveland Ravens for different categories and evaluated how my team would rank if it was an NFL squad (these are out of 33 teams since I'm adding one).

Overall offense: -67.5 (21st)
Passing attack: -35.1 (30th). Crabtree (-8.3) and Nicks (-9.4) are both in the bottom 5, and Cassel managed to put up a -8.1 in just 3 games.
Rushing attack: -9.5 (30th). Pierce (-4.0) has been bad, and Kaepernick (-1.5) and Bernard (-2.5) haven't lived up to expectations.
Pass Block: -10.2 (10th). Yes, -10.2 qualifies as 10th. LT Castonzo (+7.9) has been my best, RT Davis (-7.5) my worst.
Run Block: -12.0 (18th). Gillmore and C Lichtensteiger both at +2.2, Barnes (-3.9), Kendricks (-3.8), and Smith (-3.7) my worst.

Overall defense: -5.2 (19th)
Run defense: -4.5 (18th). Ngata (+10.2) has been great, S Clark (-8.8) not so much.
Pass rush: +23.7 (7th). Big improvement over last year, mostly keyed by OLB Galette (+19.4) and DTs Ngata (+9.1) and Odrick (6.7).
Coverage: -17.0 (20th). Vaccaro (-7.4) has had a sophomore slump.

I think I'm 6-10, maybe 7-9. MVPs: Ngata and Galette. LVPs: Vaccaro and Nicks.

Going to update this now, seeing as it's the 3/4 way point in the season.

Name (PFF rank, positional ranking)

QB: Philip Rivers (17.1, #6) A good game last week against BAL salvaged a pretty bad 3 week stretch.

HB: Ahmad Bradshaw (5.8, #11)  Really bad game against the Pats and his subsequent season-ending injury is a killer.
HB: Carlos Hyde (-3.0, #33)
HB: DeAnthony Thomas (3.6, #17) Starting to get more snaps as the season goes on, and has been productive.

WR: Malcom Floyd (6.8, #15)
WR: Golden Tate (4,6, #23)
WR: Eddie Royal (1.4, #37)

WR: Rod Streater (-1.3, #122)
WR: Marquise Goodwin (-1.8, #129)

TE: Heath Miller (-1.4, #34) Has completely turned things around since a horrible start (7.6 rating in last 5 games)
TE: Jeff Cumberland (-18.8, #65)  Disaster.

LT: Jared Veldheeer (12.1, #10) Absolutely great run since week 7.
LG: John Greco (12.8,  #8)
C: John Sullivan (5.0, #10)
RG: Donald Stephenson (-2.2, #69) Starting to get more snaps (doubled his season snaps total last week)
RT: Tyler Polumbus (-13.2, #64) Hardly playing at all since week 7.

(Starting RG and RT Geoff Schwartz and Jeromey Clary had season ending injuries)

Not much has changed since the last update.  Left side of the OL is outstanding, right side is a diaster.  The skill players would be a very close replica to this year's Chargers, with an inury-prone starting RB and a couple rookies filling in, a solid but unspectacular WR group, and a decent receiving TE.  Good enough to keep them in games, but they're going to need the defense to shine in order to win.  I'd like to think that this team would have tried to add a Blount/Tate type at RB to fill in... or maybe even Ray Rice.

DE: Jason Hatcher (16.7, #9) Continues to impress and get to the QB
DT: Jurrell Casey (9.9, #13) 5 sacks
DT: John Hughes (4.5, #20) Went on IR after week 8.  Too bad, because he was off to a good start.
DE: Dee Ford (-0.5, #54) Pretty much relegated to special teams. Ugh.

LB: Lavonte David (3.7, #14)
LB: Jerrell Freeman (-3.3, #33) Up and down season.  Solid aside from a couple shitty games (@PIT,vsNE)... but rated #2 in coverage at +8.0.
LB: Perry Riley (-10.1, #49)
LB: Dan Skuta (3.3, #26)

CB: Patrick Peterson  (-5.1, #88) A little bit better recently, but PFF still doesn't like him.
CB: TJ Carrie (0.5, #46)
CB: Philip Gaines (-2.0, #66) Had probably his best game of the year against DEN last week, with his highest snaps (83) and a +1.9 in coverage.
FS: Usama Young (0.9, #38) Tore ACL in week 7.
SS: Tony Jefferson (0.3, #43) Fell off after a really good start.
SS: Marcus Gilchrist (-4.8, #70)

K: Randy Bullock (4.2, #20)
P: Jeff Locke (-10.2, #34) Worst in the league. Damn, I thought this guy was going to be great.

The defense has fallen off a bit after a good start.  Injuries, hitting the rookie wall, and just poor all-around play probably make this a middle-of-the-road team and not the juggernaut they were last year.  Need a good last 4 games to make the playoffs I would think.

I get such a kick out of OFT's Raiders. Anytime he posts, all I see is:

"We're 7-1 in the division! Just win baby!"

Cracks me up every time.

On RL Raiders' upset win over Bills, NFL.com notes:

Buffalo's troubles on offense had plenty to do with Khalil Mack. The Raiders rookie linebacker was outstanding against the run and made plays all over the field. While Aaron Donald gets my vote for Defensive Rookie of the Year, Mack deserves credit for giving this Raiders defense some edge. His four sacks on the year -- including an earth-shattering drop of Orton on Sunday -- fail to describe how disruptive the rookie has been down the stretch.
Going with Mack (high motor, long-term stability) over Clowney (questionable work ethic, injury concerns) as the #1 draft was the best decision of this year for the Seoul Steelers.

Not sure how the Pats are doing according to the almighty PFF, but I like the collection of talent I have. I think I'm right up there with one of the top first round picks. Martin is a stud.

QB - Foles. Egh. He's still better than some of the crap other teams are throwing out there. The RL Iggles would be leading the NFC East if he were still healthy. I think Osweiler would be a more than adequate backup.

RB - Lacy and Murray are probably one of the best tandems in the league. Poor LaMichael James. He can still return kicks at least.

WR - Decimated by injuries and lack of playing time. I'd like to see Torrey, Tavon and Devin out there on the same field but losing Marvin Jones really hurt. Da'rick Rogers... so much talent. So little intelligence.

TE - Green is a legit receiving threat (when he's not getting KO'ed by Browner.) Niklas has been a ghost in AZ... I still think he'd be like an extra o-lineman on the RFP Pats.

OL - Better than last year? Hard to evaluate without watching every individual. Martin, Tobin and Bailey from what I've seen are legit.

DL - JJ Watt can make any D amazing. D. Jones would benefit from playing opposite him. Brockers is a beast. Kerr has been damn good despite being another UDFA. Klug is a great pass rusher. I would have had to switch to mainly a 4-3 with all the injuries. Watt, Brockers, Kerr and Jones would be a ridiculous front 4 with Klug replacing Kerr and moving Jones inside on obvious passing downs.

LB - Kuechly and Kendricks are all pro talents. Werner has shown some improvement. McClellan has been better at OLB. Clarke would have played at OLB due to injuries. Trevathans absence hurts. He would have given me one of the best LB crews in the league.

CB - DRC and Ryan weren't as good as last year. Robinson has actually been pretty good. Desir has been a non factor. Butler hasn't been great. I'd have to hope that my front seven would be good enough to bring pressure and cause some mistakes from opposing QBs. The talent is there. The execution this year has been poor.

S - Smith and McDonald are both great players.

ST - Allen has been fantastic. Tucker is still one of the top kickers in the league.

All in all the RFP Pats have turned into a run first offense with a devastating defense. Just the kind of team that wreaks havoc in the post season. It comes down to my team vs the Bills for AFC supremacy again. I like their offense a lot but I think I have too much of an edge on D. I'm at least a WC team again and with the youth on my team I'll call that a win. The Pats would give any team in the AFC a run for their money. Especially in less than ideal weather.

We've got no running game, a possibly shaky OL, no linebackers, terrible corners, an OK DL and Tom Brady.

So, we made the playoffs where we will again battle Karachi for supremacy. Tom Brady = 10 wins.

I think the Steelers are finally in the playoffs. Bold are impact positions. Red are obvious weak areas:

Offense:
 • QB: Russell Wilson
 • WR: T.Y. Wilson
 • WR: Josh Boyce
 • RB: C.J. Spiller / Ben Tate
 • FB: Marcel Reece / James Develin
 • TE: Coby Fleener / Tim Wright / Joseph Fauria
 • LT: Tyron Smith
 • LG: Amini Silatolu
 • C: Dominic Raiola
 • RG: Brandon Fusco
 • RT: Cyrus Kouandjio
I feel this offense is fairly balanced with some terrific pieces.

Everything starts with Wilson, who's playing at a Pro Bowl level, protected by non other than perhaps the top young LT in the game in Tyron Smith. Hilton provides intermediate & deep threat, while Fleener & Wright/Fauria are a very capable TE trio.

Defense:
 • DT: Derek Wolfe/Roy Miller
 • DT: Mike Daniels
 • NT: Akiem Hicks
 • OLB: Justin Houston
 • OLB: Kahlil Mack
 • ILB: Dannell Ellerbe
 • ILB: Vontaze Burfict
 • CB: Captain Munnerlyn
 • CB: D.J. Hayden / Tyrann Mathieu
 • SS: Mark Barron
 • FS: Reshad Jones
With the addition of Kahlil Mack, Steelers may have the league's best front-seven. I'm totally psyched by Houston & Mack generating a lot of pressure from the edge (as well as being able to drop in coverage). That makes up for a talented secondary that has been hit with various injuries.

2014 Seoul Steelers are a serious contender in the tough AFCN.

DE - Cameron Heyward (24.6, 8 sacks, 876 snaps), Corey Redding (3.7, 4 sacks, 757 snaps), Michael Johnson (-12.6, 4 sacks, 648 snaps)
DT - Star Lotulelei (6.9, 2 sacks, 492 snaps), Devon Still (-7.4, 0 sacks, 237 snaps), Cam Thomas (-21.3, 1 sack, 443 snaps)

P - Pat McAfee (35.6)
K - Connor Barth (-3.8) 15/16 on FG

Overall, we're probably a .500ish team. Carr showed some potential and would've performed better with our line and receiving options (was sacked 24 times, but our unit only gave up 13 all year). PFF hated him despite some decent games. Struggles against a good pass rush and must improve throwing the ball down field. Too much dink and dunk in year 1.

Our defense is thin, but unless a team has a really lethal passing attack, I think we can hang in most games. Anyone with an elite pass rush will also give us fits, particularly attacking Britt on the right side of our OL.

Offseason needs: improve the run game and secondary, then look to add some depth to the DL and LB units. Expecting this team to compete for the playoffs next year.

 Vikings final recap (starters bolded):

QB:  Carson Palmer (+1.3; 426 snaps; 11 TD, 3 INT before going down for the season after week 6);  EJ Manuel (-10.6; 262 snaps; 5 TD, 3 INT and was benched after week 4).
RB:  Reggie Bush (+4.8, 550 Y/Scm, 2 TD in 11 games); Andre Williams (-7.3, 721 yds, 7 TD); and Bryce Brown (+2.6, 302 Y/Scm, 0 TD).
WR:  Terrance Williams (-1.9, 621 yds, 8 TD); Rishard Matthews (-0.6, 135 yds, 2 TD); Dexter McCluster (+1.1, 328 Y/Scm,  1 TD); and Mike Williams (-2.8, 142 yds, 1 TD)
TE:  Jared Cook (+4.4, 634 yds, 3 TD); CJ Fiedorowicz (-17.4, 28 yds, 1 TD)
FB:  Bruce Miller (+6.4, 198 Y/Scm, 2 TD)

OT:  Jake Matthews (-36.8, 962 snaps, 7 sacks); DJ Fluker (-8.8, 1042 snaps, 7 sacks); Chris Hairston (38 snaps)
OG:  Kevin Zeitler (+17.2, 757 snaps, 1 sack); Josh Kline (-1.9, 297 snaps, 2 sacks); Mack Bernadeau (-1.7, 75 snaps, 0 sacks)
C:  Stefan Wisniewski (-2.5, 1041 snaps, 1 sack)

K:  Greg Zuerlein (+6.2, 23/29 on FG, 37/72 TB on KO)

Ugh - this offense is putrid, and probably has a legit shot at being the worst in the league.  I think Palmer would have been serviceable, but this O-line is NOT Arizona's, and he doesnt have the same caliber of supporting cast around him here either.  Still, he may have been good enough to help us steal a game here or there, but unfortunately his injury forced us to turn the keys over to EJ Manuel, who is about 1 more total stinker of a year from being unequivocally a total bust.  I do think the RB core isn't terrible, but they'd have been hamstrung by a mostly terrible O-Line and a lack of talent at WR.  This team is very offensively challenged, and there are several pretty big holes here still that need to be filled (QB, WR, OG) in addition to getting some serious improvement from the young guys.

DE:  Cam Wake (+32.2, 768 snaps,  11.5 sacks); Malik Jackson (+24.2, 578 snaps, 3 sacks), Margus Hunt (-2.5, 187 snaps, 1 sack),  Tank Carradine (-0.2, 146 snaps, 3 sacks)
DT:  Marcell Dareus (+25.6, 708 snaps, 10 sacks); Johnathan Hankins (+20.2, 700 snaps, 8 sacks); Chris Canty (-2.2, 360 snaps, 1 sack)
LB:  KJ Wright (+13.5, 774 snaps, 70 tackles); Arthur Moats (+7.3, 344 snaps, 4 sacks); Donta Hightower (+27.1, 850 snaps, 8 sacks); Brian Cushing (-6.3, 733 snaps, 49 tackles)
CB:  Alterraun Verner (+12.3, 880 snaps, 2 INT); Casey Hayward (+11.0, 434 snaps, 3 INT); Leodis McKelvin (-1.8, 551 snaps, 4 INT before going down hurt in week 11); Keith McGill (0.6, 146 snaps, 0 INT)
S:  TJ Ward (+1.9, 1019 snaps, 2 sacks, 2 INT), Marqueston Huff (-0.8, 280 snaps, 1 sack, 1 INT); Chris Clemons (ST only)

P: Brett Kern (+17.4, 46.8 avg yds)

This defense has to be in the running for one of the top units in the League.  I'd put my D-Line up against any other unit - a combined 32.5 sacks, combined PFF splits of +61.9 rush / +43.7 run, and Wake is the only player over 25.  If Tank Carradine can turn into a player in SF after finally getting onto the field we could have some solid depth as well.  My linebackers aren't quite as impressive, but Moats and Wright are solid outside players and Hightower should be able to run amok playing behind that line.  My secondary suffered with the loss of McKelvin and my decision to poach Chris Clemons backfiring massively.  Hayward is among the top nickel corners in the League, but he'd be pressed into service on the outside in base packages, and McGill would have to enter in sub packages.  TJ Ward turned it around a bit near the end of the season, but was still a pretty big disappointment after an excellent campaign in CLE last year.  While this secondary isn't necessarily top notch, they would benefit from a ferocious pass rush and very solid play across the board from my Front-7.  This defense would certainly keep us in games, and with Palmer starting you could argue we steal a few here or there.  Unfortunately, I'm not sure how many of those he pulls off in his 6 games of action.

Ultimately this team is likely the cellar of the NFCN again, and a strong candidate for a bottom 5 team overall.  Despite the defense, there's just not enough talent on the offensive side of the ball to keep up in such an offensively focused era of the NFL.

Hey KFP we lost another starter to injury. He probably won't make it back in time for the start of the season. Paul Richardson and his ACL. RIP

After the way Rodgers played on a bum ankle - that he almost certainly would never have suffered behind the best offensive line in the league - I think there is actually a credible argument that we went 9-1 in the division. Possibly 10-1 with a couple lucky breaks.

Patrick Willis and Michael Roos, two of our former top five picks have both retired. Roos wasn't too surprising even though many good offensive linemen play into their mid thirties. Willis found a higher calling and retired early. He was first choice and the guy we were anchoring our defense around. That one hurts a bit. He still had 2-4 good years in him too.

For all the crap KFP and SMU got about having Ryan Fitzpatrick and Josh McCown as their quarterback tandem, it's pretty clear that they would have been a lot better off than some of the other QB groups.

DanooooME: Mettenberger/McCarron
Scoops/phragle: RG3/no backup
wibi: Savage/Keenum
RedOctober: Jimmy G/no backup
bakahump: Vick/Logan Thomas
Was(not Wasdin): Weeden/Geno Smith (lol!)
SPDougie: Locker/Manziel

Frankly, I think you should be a candidate for the Lions job because of it.
Looking back, I had a stacked roster. Perhaps I'll consider that Lions GM job after all.

On defense, I have Josh Norman, Kahlil Mack, Vontaze Burfict, Justin Houston, Mike Daniels, Tyrann Mathieu, Reshad Jones, and Akiem Hicks. That's pretty much an All-Pro roster.

On offense, Wilson leads a competent but less blingy group, led by CJ Spiller, Marcel Reese, and TY Hilton (ignore that Josh Boyce roster spot).

I think this team wins every game 13-7 or 20-10.
