It feels as though we've seen so many fails in the post-season with third base and fewer than 2 outs.

Dbacks just can't get the guy home, and they let the Phillies score from third without even putting it in play.

Part of it is Anderson going full Trupe on line-drives. I like BA but he is definitely trying to amp things up, even on routine balls to the OF.

The Womack walk off in 2001 was a neat one. It was first and third and Brenly called for the squeeze with one out. Womack missed the bunt and the runner got tagged, but the runner from first moved up. Womack singled him in, redeeming himself, and winning the series on a walk off.
