He is their talisman. Not a chance they only get 1 run there if he gets one of the at bats.
Really uncharacteristic of Casas too. Just not sure what the process was there. Total bailout swing against a guy on the ropes.
I wouldn't call it routine because it involved convergence with his second baseman, but it hit him in the glove.
The Stros pen is fried and they have as many LOB as the Sox. Point is, they can get back into this and they dont need to do it all here.

Agreed. He is clearly overmatched at present. Others are fouling off the same pitches he swings through.

That inning is why you don't cheesedick at bats away when there are men on base and the pitchers are out there either missing the plate by a mile or grooving it down Broadway. They have had one great swing at the right time and a bunch of shit besides that. Eventually a good team is gonna run out a pitcher that isn't trash.
