Hmm. Duran's in uniform in the dugout - even on crutches. It seems he has really turned things around for himself, and he's been open about how difficult that has been for him. I wish him the very best with continuing that next year.

That is why the prospects have to be real prospects, not just random flotsam. Moving Dugie is also to replace him with a RH batter to have a slightly better balanced line up.
Personal question: how much of a southern accent do you have? (or can muster up?).
Because that's a phrase that should only be uttered in a southern accent.
I usually use it only for talking to family and friends of the Southern persuasion, but my husband says I fall into it whenever I'm excited about something. Those runs scoring would qualify, I guess.
It's pouring out here and I lost the satellite and missed the McG triple. It's back now, and just saw the sox go ahead. Anyway, I hope all this rain isn't headed to Fenway, b/c you could not possibly play baseball in my meadow right now.
