I know we hope Bello is a future ace, but he's definitely pretty fucking far from that now. He struggles to put hitters away. 36 Ks in his last 51 innings. 870 ops in the last nine starts. If he doesn't come back more refined next year, he's a good third starter/ fringe second starter on a playoff team imo. He has as Edwin Jackson vibes, but with less walks.

Luckily he's 24, so it's pretty possible he improves. He's just not there yet.
