Texas isn’t winning this game I don’t think. Sark has never won a game like this. He panics and the team follows.
I think it's fair to say you have a generally doomed outlook when it comes to Texas football.
They will win this game.
I thought the hire of Mike Yurcich, offensive wunderkind from Texas, would add the needed jolt to Penn State. I'm now of the opinion he should go. No novelty, imagination, or innovation. I'd suggest Penn State bring back Joe Moorhead.

Iowa loses.
Iowa returned a punt for a TD with 1:13 left in the game to go up for the win. But the returner looked like he signaled fair catch, and replay called a dead ball. To me it looked like he was motioning for blockers.

Rough call in Iowa. Iowa punt return for TD called back due to returner waiving his left hand at his side while pointing with his right (can’t confirm but looked like his was saying/indicating scatter).
What is up with Texas’ defense? Doesn’t look like the same group I watched the first few games of the season. Injuries?
Tough call. It looks pretty close, he was waving the left hand pretty hard. But it was a sideways wave.
That said, Minnesota tackling on that play was SO bad, it should have been a TD. Just because.
Yeah, I wasn’t sure of the rule and what constitutes signaling a fair catch, just know it bailed out Minnesota and that’s a rough way to go out. Maybe CFB_Rules will comment.
That Texas game was excruciating. Not sure what the hell happened but at least we are still on track. I would not put Texas in the top 10 based on that performance but teams rarely get penalized for a close road win.
I don’t know why they didn’t ask me about Sonny Dykes when they were hiring him. I could gave told them that he is a vastly overrated coach, a crybaby, and a bully.
It’s been going on for a while. He doesn’t seem to want to run as much since he hurt his left shoulder and he isn’t that great of a pure passer so not running hurts his game substantially.
I’ve decided that if I were a football coach I’d make all my OLmen wear oven mitts so they can’t hold.
Both Ds show up in USC-Utah and stuff the opponent on 4th downs, leading to a scoreless 2nd quarter. 14-14 at the half.
