If the Bruins don't win tonight, I'm going to need penis enlargement pills to make myself feel better.
Win tonight, so Goyang doesn't look like this tomorrow morning:If the Bruins don't win tonight, I'm going to need penis enlargement pills to make myself feel better.
I haven't done anything at work so far...I've been at work for 20 minutes and I have no idea how I'm going to make it another 7 hours and 40 minutes.
Thanks, that's the one I've mentioned in a few threads. It's awesome. If you guys want some chills, listen to T+R's season montage here. Very well done.
My crew is going to try to go to Sully's at 6, lines permitting. If we succeed, I'm fairly sure I'll be the only festively plump white guy wearing a black Wheeler t-shirt.Props. I'll be at Sully's with a gang of folks starting around 5 PM
If Nap wrote this I'd feel better.I ate a whackload of really hot wings last night and my asshole has been absolutely en fuego so far this morning.
That's a good omen, right?
What is?This is unbelievable.
I would too. Mostly because my ass wouldn't be on fire.If Nap wrote this I'd feel better.
That is also shitty. HA SEE WHAT I DID THERE?!I would trade your fireass for my logjam in a second. Burgers and hot dogs were an awful idea.
The bars around Faneuil will be busy. They'll get a lot of the overflow traffic that couldn't get into the North Station bars. I bet the bars right around the Garden will start filling up around 6 when the after work crowd gets there in full force.Any idea when the bars are gonna start to get packed? I probably can't get into the city until 6:30-7ish. Would like to hit up one around Causeway but Clarke's would probably be good as well. All of the other ones around Faneuil probably won't be that great.
This thing's gonna get over 100. I'll make sure of it.Wondering if tonight's game will see a gamethread pages record. 72 pages from Game 7 against Carolina is the record.
Goddamit, I laughed. WHY WHY WHY did I laugh. That is also shitty. HA SEE WHAT I DID THERE?!
Because you're never too old for dick and fart jokes.Goddamit, I laughed. WHY WHY WHY did I laugh.
:buddy:Holy Crap, I'm even enjoying Haunted's posts today.
Hopefully that's a sign that it will be a great and victorious evening.
Montreal Game 7, Tampa Game 7, Vancouver Game 3 were all black-label nights. I shall be picking up some black label for tonight. I have all off-season to rest my liver. The Bruins have lost only once this postseason when I have had a SoCo and lime shot. Game 1 against Tampa. Wins against Montreal Game 7, Game 7 Tampa, Game 4 Vancouver, Game 6 Vancouver. The SoCo will be in hand tonight after picking up a bottle yesterday after work.
My brother actually just called there. He said they expect to reach capacity around 6:30-7ish, based on the C's Game 7 last year.Any idea when the bars are gonna start to get packed? I probably can't get into the city until 6:30-7ish. Would like to hit up one around Causeway but Clarke's would probably be good as well. My memories are fuzzy, but was Recchi f'ing awesome in NHL '94?My brother actually just called there. He said they expect to reach capacity around 6:30-7ish, based on the C's Game 7 last year.
My friends were all actually planning to go there for the game, but we all kinda decided to scrap those plans last minute for a whole host of reasons. We are going to watch it at my parents' house, which is where we all basically grew up and fell in love with hockey. It's the place that reminds me of the countless hours playing street hockey in the driveway, playing NHL 94 on Sega, lying on the floor listening to Fred and Turk lionize Ray Bourque and Cam Neely, waking up at 5:30am to go to my pee wee games, hurrying home after little league games to see the Stanley Cup Playoffs on ESPN, with Steve Levy and Gary Thorne doing PBP and Bill Clement on color. My mom (all mom jokes aside) is honestly the biggest Bruins fan I know. Back when I was too young to stay up past the first period (always asking to wait until the next commercial to go to bed), she would always leave me a written recap of the game for when I woke up in the morning. She still texts me during big moments of big games, she hangs up posters and memorabilia of Bruins players around her classroom, and has watched as many games as I have this year.
All of these memories happened at my parents' house, with all my childhood friends and (of course) my parents. It's only fitting that that's where I watch the game tonight, as there's really no other place I'd rather be if they win it all. I was there in 2004 to celebrate the biggest Sox win of my life, and it's the perfect place to be to celebrate the biggest Bruins win of my life with the people who mean the most to me.
It all ends at the beginning.
