I almost edited to add, "Now that Gardner's retired", but y'all did the work for me.
They're trying to lull Boone into sending Cole back out for the 7th… I dunno, that's all I got after watching that waste of an inning.
Voit was sent to the Nats in the Soto/Bell trade when Hosmer used his No Trade clause.
Arias just needs the plays he sees at shortstop.

Cleveland sure reminds me of the Sox with their habit of swinging at horrendous pitches. (And then letting the good ones go by with no swing).
It’s amazing the guardians made it this far. Starting a 1b who hit .191? Giving tons of at bats to Myles Straw, who is basically JBJ? A catcher with a 489 ops?

At this point, I'm surprised Plesac is anything more than a "break in case of emergency" pitcher. They're obviously saving all the bullets they want for tomorrow.
