If the kicking team touches the ball, the receiving team can still advance it. Just not while he's oob.

They make those calls every week on a completion. This was a guy standing still, OOB, For more than a split second, 7 feet away.

For a game featuring 2 teams I can't stand, this has been a very good game to watch.
