I put the blame squarely on Tomlin, as much as the terrible secondary.

I puke a little whenever Tomlin is mentioned as "one of the better coaches" in the league.

As someone who has said this, it was based solely on the emergence of the Pitt passing game. As to their defense, we have seen already this season a team with a shitty defense (Giants) give the Pats all they could handle.

My rule of thumb at this time of year usually is pretty simple: When you can see a potential threat eliminated, that's what you root for. The Steelers losing would hurt their chances. The Broncos would be a playoff team regardless
I rather lock up the #1 seed regardless of who we might/might not face. A Broncos loss makes that much more possible. Pats can beat any team at home and I'd rather not have to go to Denver again.

This is the last time Pittsburgh can settle for FG tonight.

I badly misjudged this game so far. I thought the Steelers would at least make them earn their way down the field, then answer with big plays themselves. These are not your daddy's Steelers.

Lol Natz praying for Peyton Appearance.

This could be the best of both worlds, if Denver gets a win to keep Pittsburgh out of the playoffs, but sets themselves up for a loss against Cincy?

If Os cannot play or is greatly reduced, this is not close to being over.

Cowher may be right about an epic second half coming up.

I agree. My hope is that maybe Denver can add another couple of FG and that's enough for the D to hang on.

I still can't believe that we have asshats trying to make that play out to be two guys battling.

That was some minor handfighting followed by Beckham with one of the worst cheap shots I've ever seen. Anyone trying to play the false equivalence game can get fucked.

That was just the culmination of all of the BS they were doing to each other the whole game. You can't look at that one play out of context.

Mara > Goodell > the talking heads.

Any other player on any other team, huge fine and maybe a suspension.

Yeah I don't know who was defending Beckham's cheap shot. But they were going after one another all game and Norman was doing some dirty shit too. Neither one was covered in glory today.
