Not good in pass pro, and it cost him. They also parted ways with very speedy Thompson, keeping only 4 RBs including Silas Redd. Focusing on performance throughout camp, and not worried about cutting recent draft picks.bradmahn said:I made reference to it in another thread, but Lache Seastrunk, former SOSH predraft Binky of many, has been released by the Redskins. Sort of a surprise considering he was a 6th round pick and flashed bigtime speed in the preseason. I wouldn't mind bringing him on.

Seastrunk is a weird player - he's a smaller back at 5'9" 201, and Waldman rated him as having star-caliber agility ... but he's not a pass-catcher at all (literally zero catches his last year at Baylor). It would take a creative coach to find a role for a guy like that.dcmissle said:Not good in pass pro, and it cost him. They hope to get both on practice squad, but in Seastrunk's case it's very doubtful.

He seems like the kind of Safety BB likes. Hes conservative, doesnt give up big plays, and is smart. He could be a great fit opposite McCourty.pdaj said:The Texans cut S Chris Clemons -- very surprising. I wonder if the Dolphins would consider bringing him back to help with Reshad's absence.
