An apparently overweight/less than fit player with a core injury? Color me shocked. Now comes the cascade of low back/hamstring woes...
Right quad tightness. Seeing and hearing nothing about an oblique. Might have been a contusion resulting from the collision with Sandy Leon in the 3rd.
We only have exit velocity for 2015, right?
I'm not sure how much stock to put into that statistic. There can't be a large number of BIP vs LH in a single month, so I don't think we can draw any conclusions on a small sample.

But, the few BIP he's had against LHP have not been well hit.
In all three months the weighted average is somewhere in the 85-90 mph range. I think the RH and LH split here is random.

If I got in trouble for liking a pic while I'm taking a dump at work, I would probably look for a new place to work. I get it though, the game is only 3 hours long and he's not supposed to have his phone. I had a friend in the A's bullpen who used to send us fantasy baseball smacktalk during games. He said there were other bullpen guys that had their phones hidden in their stuff and they'd take it to the bathroom to send texts, etc. I think it's pretty funny Panda was liking MILF pix but pretty dumb to do it during a game with this media.
