Fully agree. I was calling for Jared all year. We knew waht we had in Newton, we didn't know what we had in Stid.To me that was absolute malpractice not playing him and wasting an entire year on Cam Newton because Newtown played ball and kissed Bill’s ass. Literally wasted a whole season on a stiff when maybe Stidham could have showed something then you don’t need to use a first round pick on Mac Jones. To me that decision may have set the patriots back years.
I thought he made some great throws and was partially victimized by drops and poor footwork by his receivers. He can get out and run a little, too, which is nice. I like Mac more than most, but I reckon on pure QB talent right now it's a push.Stidham doesn't look very good here. I don't get the comment upthread that he is legit. All these yards are garbage time - things that nobody here would give Mac credit for. He's made some horrible throws. Should have just been picked.
Only the Bills. The Chiefs are 14-3. Bengals have 4 losses. So if the chiefs play the bills or bengals in the afc champ it will be at a neutral site? But another afc team will be at arrowhead?
ThanksOnly the Bills. The Chiefs are 14-3. Bengals have 4 losses.
I mean ok. He was 22-36 (61.1%), 219 yds, 6.1 y/a, 1 td, 1 int, 76.0 rating, and the offense only had 13 points against a mediocre defense (#20 in points allowed). Mac has that day and people here are ripping him.I thought he made some great throws and was partially victimized by drops and poor footwork by his receivers. Yeah but Stidham acts proper and refined. Not petulant and entitled like Mac. <sarcasm>I mean ok. But whatever, no big deal.
Just six days ago Stidham was 23-34 for 365 yards and 3 TDs plus 34 yards rushing on 7 attempts against the one of the best defenses in the NFL. Jonesy hasn't posted a day like that against an elite defense in a long while, if ever.I mean ok. This post is so bad. It suggests the Patriots have coaching. And receivers.Give Stidham the Patriots coaching and receivers, and Mac the Raiders coaching and receivers ... then make the case that one is better than the other
Also, the first ball to Adams in the end zone was very badly underthrown.Yeah, that wasn’t a good game for Stidham at all. 3 points in the first half and 2 horrible turnovers that turned into 10 points. But his fundamentals seem ok to the eye test.
McDaniels >>>>>>>>>>>> PatriciaThis post is so bad. It suggests the Patriots have coaching. And receivers.
Thr Pats do have one receiver that can make plays in key moments, but the coaches feel it best that he watch most of the game for reasons. This post is so bad. It suggests the Patriots have coaching. And receivers.
So you agree with me!McDaniels >>>>>>>>>>>> Patricia
Adams and Renfrow >>>>>>>>>>> Pats' WRs
And though I love Rhamondre and Harris, Jacobs is the NFL's leading rusher and is a stud.
The offensive talent LV has is much, much better than what the Pats have.
Cool story on him and his charity that gives instruments to kidsReally happy for the random local Jacksonville musician who got to play the national anthem on electric guitar on national TV. He did a great job!
It's too bad, because Jacksonville's colors would leave you to think there's potential for a good uniformThere have been some great uniform games lately…this is not one of them.
Very much so. Controlling the lineThis Titans drive is actually pretty impressive
