It hung in the air long enough for both guys to have a play.
LOL, except one guy was laying on his back when the ball got there. Kind of hard to pick it from there.

That's a standard 50/50 ball to your outside receiver that he got one hand on, then 2 more hands on and couldn't come down with it.

I'm not saying Matt Patricia deserves an apology, but at this point it looks like he was a run of the mill bad OC instead of an all time horrific one that made it impossible for any players to perform with. Not to mention, a whole lot of the stuff we criticized last year about being shotgun heavy, not passing from under center, not running play action was just either Mac's preference or what they believe he's better at.
Why did they run a lot of play action in year 1 for Mac then? Personnel in year 2 and 3?

I’m just rooting for the other bad teams to win now. Bears got a win so that’s a plus.

I just spent the commercial break explaining to my son that he’s now experiencing what it was like to be a Pata fan when I was his age (late 80s/early 90s).

I blame the Patriots' miserable performance on their uniform choice.

I think the question is whether Patricia broke Mac.

Don't know. Maybe it was their way of protecting Mac at first and they thought he couldn't rely on that if he wanted to improve, maybe he got more say in the offense and stated he didn't want play action/under center heavy play calling. I mean, they went right back to it with Zappe, so it's Mac related in some fashion.

Does Sunday Ticket have an “I didn’t expect my team to be the worst in football” rebate? Asking for a friend.

Pats are just getting ready to make an inspired, teasing comeback that falls just short.
