Andy Brickley's potty mouth
Nobody is saying that. Literally nobody is left defending Jones or thinking he has a shot to lead this team to anything other than disappointment. But we can be good faith and say no QB would prosper behind this line. Its just being honest and not letting personal biases in the way.
I actually don't know that. Who knows what would happen if the QB could actually compete a few passes in a row and get the offense on track.

Don't forget there's a group of posters who want him to take more sacks, because that avoiding the sack stat made him look good, so maybe he's hurting the team by not taking sacks. Now, he takes the sack instead of throwing the 50/50 ball (which with our receivers is more like 10/90) and they want him to throw it into traffic.

I think so. It may be one of the worst in the last 30-40 years. Hard to imagine how it could be much worse.
Same thing, since I'm 40. But yeah, I don't remember the 80s teams, but from the early 90s on, I can't remember any team that had less talent. Caveat being that we had some talent at least on the defensive side of the ball week 1, but now, it's hard to see anyone who isn't replacement-level.

Is that QB already on the roster? I don't think so - maybe Cunningham or Grier.
It makes me sad to see Meyers scoring TDs - never should have let him go.

National radio guy doing this game said the NE defense has terrible body language - walking on and off the field, etc. Not sure if that's true or just a narrative, but I was surprised to hear it.
