If there’s one play to summarize the Mac Jones experience, that might be it. Protection is terrible so Mac has to get creative and move. Receiver gets open and mobile Mac tosses up a lollipop pass 10 feet over the receiver’s head. Raiders ball.

Here
Will there even be games threads after week 11 at this rate? Maybe just a rolling December game thread or something.
It'll just be down to people talking shit about Mac defenders that don't exist. Even when they did exist they were just pointing out that the rest of the offense also sucks.

The fact that he is sitting with O’Brien makes me think he’s coming back in.

And yet they keep starting the guy. I don’t care how bad the backups are, you can’t reward such incompetence. Yet they do.

That might be the worst throw I have ever seen a QB make at any level.
Pretty much. Like, I legit can’t make heads and tails of it. There doesn’t even appear to be any usual explanation, even not getting a good grip on the ball which could still be inexcusable but not completely incomprehensible.

Mac had to hurry that throw and naturally it was way off target. He'd been serviceable for a few before that.
Nah. He had Henry wide open and most college, let alone pro QBs are expected to make those on the run. I am not going to drag him for throwing under duress but this was absolutely hideous. And entirely on Jones. At present he cannot start at QB in the NFL if you are looking to win games.
