Did you see Heath Evans do 45 reps in dress clothes on the NFL Network a couple weeks ago? You're right, of course. I misread the chart someone posted above. 21 reps is beastly.

I loved this post.ain't no better marketers than Jesus's people. 2000 years' experience, they've won every marketing award you can win, despite literally selling vaporware the whole time.
Pass the mercury.20 ounces of cod, and 42 ounces of tuna. He occasionally mixed in a handful of oats before his 4 am daily workouts (that's when his testosterone is highest).
What's most impressive is that he is doing that despite his shitty form. Doesn't look like he is using his lats or leg drive much at all and putting way too much stress on elbows and shoulders.Did you see Heath Evans do 45 reps in dress clothes on the NFL Network a couple weeks ago?
Christ, I hate this board. A ton of companies say "WADA tested" now. It's just means they have (usually independent) testers who inspect for everything on the complete banned list and only use WADA approved ingredients. The big companies like GNC don't do that. WADA obviously doesn't do the testing and/or "endorse" the products. My point was just to relay why he had been working out so much lately (he mentioned it in a bunch of interviews/segments on NFL Network).I'm curious how they can claim their supplements are WADA certified when WADA says they don't certify supplements.

"WADA is not involved in any certification process regarding supplements and therefore does not certify or endorse manufacturers or their products."
