And they can rule momentum stopped even though there wasn't a whistle (like in the Pats game a couple weeks ago).
Wasn't enough contact because he only barely hit both of the DBs with his elbow.
They are playing well but Hurts looks less than 100%. Not using his legs much. Also don't know why they are going away from the run.
To be fair, if any QB can do that its him. He makes a lot of money for this league and its sponsors. Mahomes, Mahautos, Mahflags.
Was it just me or did the flag come out way after the play? Or did I not see it before the snap?
edit: So why didn't Brady get the same respect? He may have gotten some calls, but I can't imagine Mahomes being suspended for four games for maybe knowing something happened that didn't happen.
That was bizarre, neither of the refs with a bead on it, and responsibility for calling offside there, threw a flag initially. Not sure why that would take time to figure out in a conference.
What is the defensive player supposed to do there? If he runs around the line it burns more time off the clock.
Yeah.. it's like they're making the same call every play.. or at least not doing anything to keep KC's linemen from just teeing off every play. Hurts not being able to run makes him a sitting duck in the pocket.. Doesn't look like he's used to not being able to escape.
And you think that's "fair"? I don't care how much he makes for the NFL, call it the same for everybody.
I don't think anything is fair. I am just accepting what I perceive to be the state of affairs. I am not sure what else there is to do.
The integrity of the sideline report is at stake in recent days. Can't be too risky.
