He might be the best college hitter in the draft but this is a horrible draft for college hitters. Crawford said some scouts don't think he's good enough to even be a 1st baseman so I think catcher is out of the question.RedOctober3829 said:

Schwarber put on regular fireworks displays during BP when he played for Wareham in the Cape League. Unlike most sluggers who do that on the Cape, he doesn't really have any holes in his swing and is keen with his breaking ball recognition and adjustment.

I heard Flash interviewed earlier today, and he said that Dee was a basketball player first and only really focused on baseball later. Nick has always been a baseball player first.
