I don't think Bradley goes top 10 either, and Sullinger goes towards the bottom of the top 10... This is not so impressive for 13 years.
This feels kinda unfair without context.
I'm going to only judge his first ten years drafting for Boston, I think the jury is still out on Olynyk, Smart and obviously Rozier.
He made 12 first round picks(I'm counting the guys he kept, so Rondo, not Troy Bell) from 2003-2012. The highest pick he made was #13.
In those 12 he got Rondo, Al Jefferson, Tony Allen, Kendrick Perkins, Jared Sullinger, Avery Bradley, and Delonte West.
Two disappointments, but still played a decent amount in the league in Marcus Banks and Gerald Green.
The only straight misses were Marcus Banks, JR Giddens, Jujuan Johnson and Fab Melo. all picked #22 or later.
Considering where he was picking, I'd say that's a pretty good draft track record.
