This is better then even the Yankees losing. The Heat fans down here are absolutely insufferable and I can't wait to listen to the local sports guys tomorrow.

It's amazing the free pass Teflon Wade is going to get tonight. He was the worst player on the floor for a good chunk of the game.
Rondo and the Celtics beat him for the first one, refs bailed him out. Spurs should have won last year but somehow miraculously didn't.Clears Cleaver said:now his legacy is that of a guy who won a title as a sidekick to Wade, then needed a miracle from Ray Allen and got beat three times in the finals.

LBJ's legacy is in the toilet if they lose this series - as far as comparing him to MJ, Kobe, Kareem, Magic, Duncan and so on. It's redeemable in the future but he'll have a lot of work to do. Let's not forget MJ would've won 8 titles in a row if not for baseball.

He really has been atrocious. I know he has an owie but c'mon.

He's been the only one to show up tonight from the Heat. Bosh did a couple of things in the first quarter and has been invisible ever since. He's got 28 through 3 quarters and leads the team in rebounding. The rest of the Heat have shot 27%. He is literally on an island tonight, has a good chance of going for 30 and 10 and he's going to get crucified tomorrow all while Wade skates by for dropping an absolute stink bomb of a game. Doesn't make any sense.

LBJ has done the heavy lifting in taking the Heat to 4 straight championship matchups and won at least 2 titles. Wade has never been his peer throughout the run. If he had joined the Spurs, people would say he was riding Duncan and Parker's coat tails, etc. We can argue whether the Heat are a legit dynasty, but we can't argue that LBJ is one of the best players of all time. He hasn't put himself into that "best of all-time" conversation yet, but let's not forget how great this guy is, and has been with the Heat.Clears Cleaver said:if Lebron had decided to join Duncan, Parker and Popovich, he'd be winning his fourth title tonight and no one would criticize him for opting out and signing as a FA with anyone in the NBA. Can you imagine coaching at Vandy or wherever it is that you're on the baseline?

I can't even remember who the 6th man was. Nate Robinson?bball831 said:Going back and looking at the box scores of the Heat/Celtics series in 2012 is unbelievable. The C's were literally 6 deep. Amazing they could have taken down Miami that year.

Hollins and Steimsma. I had tried to forget that.MJM2344 said:Bench was Pietrus, Dooling, Hollins and Steimsma off the top of my head, so I guess Pietrus.
Couldn't believe we were 1 good quarter in game 7 from beating them with just Rondo/Pierce\KG/Allen and then flotsam and jetson.Ed Hillel said:I can't even remember who the 6th man was. Nate Robinson?
