If the Lakers fall out of the top five, Philly may have nine picks in this draft (and that's with the Celtics owning Philly's 2nd round pick).
1st round: PHI (assuming they will not make the playoffs), LAL (1-5 protected this year, may roll over to 2016), MIA (1-10 protected this year, should be conveyed), OKC (1-18 protected this year, should be conveyed).
2nd round: ORL, DEN, NO, HOU, GSW
Right now, PHI would have picks 3 (PHI), 15 (MIA), 35 (ORL), 38 (DEN), 43 (NO), 56 (HOU) and 60 (GSW) but would not have LAL (currently 4)/OKC (currently 14) 1st rounders. Presumably OKC will make the playoffs and the pick will be conveyed this year.
By way of comparison, Boston has five picks in this draft as of today (11 (BOS), 23 (LAC), 33 (PHI), 41 (BOS) and 50 (WAS))
It is possible that BOS and PHI will, between them, have nearly 25% of the picks in the draft (14 of 60).
